The past weekend marked the second race of the 2017 season at the annual Wet N’ Wild weekend held at Brainerd International Raceway. As always the pond at BIR was tight and technical while putting spectators on top of the action. Next up is Lake Menomin in Menomonie, WI. For more info please visit: iwaracing.com

BIR owner Jed Copham joined the racers once again and earned his first 3rd place podium in Semi-Pro Open.
Trevor Fjosne continued to be consistent and now has back-to-back wins in Pro-Open.
Cassie Swanson also stayed dominant in both Women’s Ovals and Semi-Pro Stock Ovals.
Kyle Carpenter was fast all weekend and carried that speed into the Pro-Stock Final taking home the win.
Semi-Pro Open has a new top contender Mark Schuenemann. Mark had a great showing and looks to stir things up in a tight-knit class.
A few riders had some rough luck this weekend. Wishing Dale Schellbach and Jake Neurer speedy recoveries!
