Swedish racer Emil Harr has been tagged to fill in for the injured Kody Kamm at Hengtes Racing, for the remainder of the season. Harr made an immediate impression when he showed up for an ISOC national event in Dubuque, Iowa in 2018, with blazing speed and little regard his own well being.

Last season, Harr finished 7-3 in the FIM Snocross World Championship, good for fourth overall behind ISOC regulars Adam Renheim, Aki Pihlaja and Oskar Norum.

The current crop of pro racers on the national tour is at an all-time low and although the top half of the field is very rich in talent, the addition of Harr will be great for the fans and series. It is also an interesting pickup for Polaris, as Harr is a long-time Lynx rider who was thought to be a part of Ski-Doo’s future in North America.

Kamm announced earlier this week that he will be having surgery on Friday to repair his LCL and ACL, keeping him out of the lineup for the rest of the season.
