Aurora, Minn. (June 24, 2018) Scheuring Speed Sports has resigned front-running Pro racer Lincoln Lemieux, securing a title contender in the AMSOIL Championship Snocross series for the next two seasons. The team has also taken steps to be a force well into the future by signing 2016 Sport class Champion Hunter Patenaude to a full-time ride where he will contest for a Pro Lite championship in 2018-19.

Lemieux was a race winner and multi-time podium finisher last season and has been on a continuing upward path since joining the team in 2014. “There’s no doubt that the door is wide open for Lincoln to make his mark in the Pro class and the team will be 100% focused on helping him win the championship this season,” said team owner Steve Scheuring.

“Lincoln is a the top of his game and with a full year of development behind the Ski-Doo XRS that was introduced last season, we are confindent that our time is now. We also have a great future with Hunter coming back and being able to start the season with the team after getting thrown into the mix halfway through the series in 2018. We have high expectation for him as well and look forward to him joining Lincoln in the premier class down the road.”
