The midway point of the season has come and gone like an Arctic blast across the Dakota plains. We’re starting to get a clear picture that two-time defending Pro champ Elias Ishoel is an odds-on favorite to become the first rider to three-peat since Tucker Hibbert’s four-time run from 2013-2016.

There is still plenty of racing to go, however, and should Ishoel falter a time or two, the ever-consistent Oskar Norum is waiting in the wings. The balance of the field have all shown the ability to run towards the front of the pack but no clear number three challenger has been able to string together two straight nights in recent weeks.

To this point, it has been one of the more entertaining Pro seasons in a while with almost every team and all of the brands getting in on the hotly contested action.

1. Elias Ishoel – Doo (-)
2. Oskar Norum – Pol (-)
3. Kody Kamm – Pol (-)
4. Logan Christian – Cat (+1)
5. Jake Yurk – Cat (-2)
6. Francis Pelletier – Doo (-)
7. Lincoln Lemieux – Doo (-)
8. Kyle Pallin – Pol (+1)
9. Emil Harr (+2)
10. Hunter Patenaude – Doo (+1)

Lincoln Lemieux has been Ishoel’s biggest regular threat in the night shows but persistent mechanical issues continue to prevent him from being there at the end.
Kody Kamm wasn’t great at rounds seven and eight but he was good enough and continues to trend upward in the Championship
Trent Wittwer has been a big question mark since entering the Pro class last season. He’s been battling a wrist injury since before round one but has shown flashes of all out speed and put together a full main event to get on the box in third in Fargo.
Emil Harr had his best overall weekend of the year in Fargo, cracking our Top 10 for the first time.
