Cory Buttrick was on row 3 to start the Snowshoe GNCC. This event has a slightly different starting procedure than the rest of the GNCC’s on the Schedule. Riders lined up in groups of 4 based on the season points. There was a lot to contend with at the Snowshoe Mountain including fast high speed sections, deep mud holes and rocky hills. Cory was able to power his XC Gear/ Enduro Engineering backed Husqvarna FX450 to a very solid top 10 finish (9th overall, 6th XC1 Pro). Being consistent and not getting yourself buried on the mountain is the name of the game at Snowshoe. Buttrick has been putting in finishes and keeps getting better. We will see Cory climbing the ladder in results with the upcoming races.

Next up for the XC Gear/ Enduro Engineering/ Husqvarna Race team is the High Voltage GNCC in Dilliner, PA on July 7th. He will be looking to build on consistent top 10 finishes over the past few races.

Jake Froman could potentially make his return to the Pennsylvania Rattlesnake National Enduro on 7/28 depending how strong his wrist gets over the next month. The pins are out and the cast is off, the wrist is healed. He will be slowing getting back to riding and making that wrist stronger.
