COR Powersports did some rearranging of starting orders for this race with the Pro Women class starting the first heats and the Pro and Semi-Pro classes only running in the second heat of the day.  This change in running order allowed the youngest class, Jr 10-13 to be able to race at their own speed and not hold back the racing.  By day two the track was getting beat up and in general racers were two minutes slower per 54 mile lap than the day before.  The track that the Nisswa community put together was a very technical.

Dan Revering took the Pro Factory top podium position with a two-lap total time of 2 hours and 1 minute.  Second place finisher was Zach Herfindahl and third place was Justin Tate.  After the race Dan said “To win the Nisswa 100 race last year and this year is pretty surreal.  I’ve been focusing hard on how I ride and trying new setups to get to this level and it’s truly amazing seeing the results.”

Jesse Hallstrom is 2 for 2 in Semi-Pro factory action with the COR series.

The Semi Pro Factory Class saw Jesse Hallstrom on the top box, with a time of two hours and 14 minutes.  Second place was Derik Krug.  Third place podium spot went to Brandon Wolter.

Ladies legend Lydia Sobeck topped a strong field of 7 Pro Women racers.

The Pro Women saw the return of Lydia Sobeck.  The women ran a two-day race with a combined total time for the finishing results.  There were 7 women in the class, and they all finished day two of the race at least 13 minutes slower than the day before, which reflected the track conditions from one day to the next.  Final results were Lydia Sobeck finishing on the top podium spot with a total time of 2 hours and thirteen minutes.  Second place was Mckenna Cloose and third place went to Savannah Landrus.

Paul Votava getting it done old school.

The Classic Class had Paul Votava on his 2003 Polaris Pro X 700 finishing in first place. Paul said “It was a challenging course filled with landmines.  I was better today in the ditches than yesterday and that got me the finish.”
